Non Conventional Medicine The principles of Ayurveda

The principles of Ayurveda are the philosophical concepts of Purusha, Prakruti, the Tri Guna, the Tri Dosha and the five elements (Panchamahabhuta).
The intelligence and ego together form the cosmic principles, which are three qualities called Triguna:
1. Sattva (pure being)
2. Rajas (being dynamic)
3. Tamas (the inertia to be)

Sattva Guna is the first existence of creation, remains in the consciousness of pure Sattva is also present in humans, and who has as Sattva Guna is always dominant in peace, joy and universal love, do not get sick easily, do not overdo things, and even in in little use, always avoids the misuse, maintains long-welfare, it never hurts to others, not overlooking anyone and not let them dominate you, think wisely and appreciates the stimuli or cancels them, forgiving all the mistakes of others, aims to a quality of life spiritually high in order to reach the Brahma.
Rajas Guna reworks converting pure consciousness in the state media, then it is present but altered consciousness, not in its original purity is always active, intelligent, motivated, has always many stimuli, but heals gets sick easily, is rebellious by nature but when you understand why things are calm and accepting, often have doubts but once understood becomes safe, loves to dominate others, can not bear to be controlled, intended results, which enriches himself.
Tamas Guna has the qualities of either: no motivation, get sick easily and is difficult to cure, does not follow the treatment prescribed by your doctor, do not have any kind of curiosity, can easily cause harm to others, does not strive, ignores the wisdom, not smart, always feel disturbed, living without happiness and without peace, needs more stimulus and remains strong and apathetic, does not cooperate with others, is always fearful and suspicious, is not aware, aims the quality of life wrong and harmful, living with pain.
The quality of Triguna apply the principles of human life through TRIDOSHA:
1. Vata (movement): gaseous energy, is light, unstable, cold, dry
2. Pita (the food): fluid power, is lightweight, warm, moist, hard
3. Kapa (the rest): solid energy, is heavy, rough, cold, wet, stable
Everything that exists, from the smallest atom to the universe as a whole, performs these three actions, follow these three principles of motion - nutrition - relaxation. Even he does so: the movement for us is to work, breathe, live, the food is to nourish the body and mind, emotions, soul, and the rest is to take a break between one movement and another, between and the following day, between inhalation and exhalation, between two heartbeats, two lives ... But these three principles must be followed in the right way, and this essentially means following nature.

The fundamental principle of Ayurveda is "in Prakruti Purusha, Purusha in Prakruti: all in one, one in everything." What exists in the macrocosm, the universe, is also present in the microcosm, man. Both the man and the universe are made up of two elements: the immaterial, ie Triguna (Sattva, Rajas and Tamas), and the material component or the five elements (PANCHAMAHABHUTA)
The PANCHAMAHABHUTA are: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether. They constitute the cosmos as well as man.
The Earth is all solid substances, for example human bones, muscles, and skin.
The water occurs in liquid essential for the functioning of the body, such as secretions of the glands, plasma.
Fire in the human body is metabolism and intelligence: the digestive system, the regulation of body temperature, the view and the process of thinking.
The Air is manifested as a movement: movement of muscles, pulsation of the heart, expansion and contraction of the lungs, pulse sensors and motors.
Ether is the void, then all the blanks, cables in the human body are composed of ether: ears, nose, mouth, chest, etc..
The man and the universe governed by such compounds are 3 basic forces that represent the essence, and are Tridosha (Vata, Pita and Kapa). By their nature, are similar to the Tridosha biochemicals that are called neuro humors, substances distributed by the brain and present in all parts of the body.
Vata governs the nervous system, its scientific term is acetylcholine, a substance mainly present in all tissues as brain and nervous parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves.
PITA governs the endocrine system, its scientific term is catecholamine secretion of adrenaline and noradrenaline, mainly present in the hypothalamus and glands.
KAPA governs the immune system, its scientific term is histamines and is present in all body tissues, especially at the base of the brain, skin, and respiratory and digestive canals.
These three forces governing all human tissues, organs and systems. When they are disturbed due to stress, tensions and irregularities of life (with regard to nutrition, sleep, work) lose their balance. The imbalance causes abnormalities in their operation, resulting in diseases and disorders.
Ayurveda is aimed primarily at preventing these imbalances, giving the rules for a healthy life that remains in harmony, though there are of course all the principles to redress the imbalances bringing man to the original state of harmony and health.

THE PRACTICE OF AYURVEDA
As we can see in the philosophy of Ayurveda, the Absolute (Purusha) is an illusion (the Prakruti) and Prakruti born ego that conceals the purity of the Purusha. The ego is first cosmic, then multiply the number of individual egos. Each individual ego increasingly moves away from the Absolute and manages her life with intelligence, and finally Triguna Tridosha, which are the proceso of life.
What is the purpose of each individual?
Temporal order is the health of body and mind.
The final goal is to return and remain in true self, that is, Purusha.
How to achieve and maintain health?
Through the balance at all levels: soul, mind, emotions, body, in Triguna, among Tridosha. The balance gives health storm.
But what is the balance?
It is an agreement between multiple parties, for them to be in harmony: this time you get health and keep going in life.
But our goal should not just live on forever on this earth we live far from our home, as if we were out in the morning from our house to carry out activities in the world, but at some point of the day is inevitable that we feel the desire to go back home ... At this point our concern is no longer the health temporal, but eternal salvation.
How do you get eternal salvation?
We no longer find the balance as agreed by parties manifold: rather, we must overcome this diversity - which is just an illusion - and return to our origin, the Purusha, the Absolute, we must return to the One.
How is the return?
Depends on the level from which we start: if we are in the body, we must move from health research time (equilibrium) to the eternal. But it can happen that our soul is at a higher level, a little 'closer to the One. If it is at the three energies that make up life (Tridosha), must balance the doshas to reach the absolute. If it is at the level of the three qualities (Triguna), Rajas and Tamas Gunas must moderate by Sattva predominates.
When the soul is already at the level of intelligence, such as the birth of a great sage, the individual will then go with the decision to wisdom, and through the wisdom of God will reach
You can also reach the Absolute directly from the ego must go beyond the small individual ego and ego into the cosmic.
